Combining the design and construction aspects of home renovation and new home building in one process, with one company, allowed for greater integration of design and budget considerations. As a smaller, more agile custom home builder and renovator, we can be more focused on the specific needs of our customers. Every home we build is unique and we don't reproduce projects or do show homes. Our understanding of the entire renovation and in-fill process allows us guide the entire project to completion. We can help source land or existing homes, taking into consideration the design, permit, and budget implications as part of process from the very beginning.

Having our owners involved in every aspect of our work provides the strongest accountability towards quality. From the beginning, they've worked personally with each customer to understand the project expectations and guide the development process. They remain the main point of contact throughout the entire process, providing a familiar face that maintains the relationship while managing the project.

In House Framing and Finishing 

One of our greatest advantages is providing a complete service to our customers. We employ both our framing and finishing carpenters as one method of achieving that level of service. This ensures the most timely, high quality results in two areas we believe particularly crucial to project success. Our teams are very responsive this way, giving the customer more input on even the smallest details of their project as it progresses.
